The City of Niagara Falls prohibits parking on all city streets between the hours of 2am and 6am year round. The City does give consideration to allow residents to park on the street for up to 7 calendar days per year, per licence plate. Considerations are granted for overnight parking pertaining to guests, driveway repairs, special functions or moving. Overnight Parking Privilege only exempts the registered vehicle from the overnight parking restriction. All other bylaws will remain in effect.
There is no fee associated with a parking privilege request.
The Overnight Parking Privilege system is not permitted during snow plowing operations.
Under no circumstance are considerations granted for commercial vehicles, derelict vehicles, unlicensed vehicles or immobile trailers.
